Philip is practicing Yoga for about 5 years, he is teaching for about 2 years. He is a certified 500h Yoga Teacher and did both his Teacher Trainings in India, studying traditional Hatha and Asthanga Vinyasa Yoga.
He mostly teaches fluid, dynamic Vinyasa Yoga that builds strength, creates flexibility and also gently invites you to explore your limitations, physically as well as mentally.
The focus lies on creating a holistic experience, which allows students to find their balance between rest and effort, and on cultivating body-mind awareness.
Music / Sound is an essential part of the classes, as it can help to calm and focus the mind as well as support students during the more challenging parts of the practice (you can always expect a carefully curated playlist).
Being trained in India, traditional Pranayama, Mantras, Mudras and Meditation are incorporated in his classes.
